If you prefer, you can make these reservations yourself. You just need to go to the local police office, but be careful: this is not for free! Rates differ according to the municipality. The parking permit needs to be requested by the removal company 4 to 5 working days before the removal.
Your removal takes place ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH SEVERAL TENANTS:
First of all: inform all the parties concerned (neigbours, caretaker…) a few days before the removal. If you live in an apartment building, you should inform the caretaker or the building management. You can hang up a poster or message on a clearly visible place.
Your removal will happen much more efficiently when the necessary parking space is available for the truck and is situated as near as possible to the entrance. Especially when a removal lift is used, it is absolutely necessary to reserve this parking space.
